Netafim have for many years designed and supplied Glasshouses, polyethylene covered Greenhouses, and Nethouses to projects around the world. In early 2009 Ornamental plants of Tarleton, a client of LS Systems explored the possibilities of building a new 1.3ha greenhouse. LS Systems contacted Eden as Netafims technical partner in the UK.  After visiting Netafim structures in Turkey, Ornamental Plants decided that the Netafim structure had considerable advantages over other UK offerings and placed the order with LS Systems.

The project is being managed by  Eden and the build and have subcontracted AMS to build the structure.

Once completed the structure will be used for growing bedding plants. Irrigation will be by automated gantries. Heating will also be fitted so giving the grower an additional 1.3ha of climate controlled growing space.
