• Allensmore Nurseries based near Hereford are one of the leading growers of nursery stock for the retail market. They have just completed the latest phase of development at their new West container site in Allensmore. • The irrigation design and installation was provided by Richard Warburton from Aquaplast Irrigation and uses the MP rotator sprinkler spaced at 7m along the beds x 7.2m across the beds to apply water in a uniform pattern with a gentle application rate. • The system also utilises the Nelson drain check and pressure regulator combination to prevent system drain down and ensure each sprinkler operates at the correct pressure which is optimised for the conditions • The sprinklers are adjustable for arc of operation from 90 to 210 degrees making them suitable for mounting along the bed edge. This will prevent water being applied to pathways and with the Matched Precipitation feature combinations of sprinklers set at different arcs will all apply the same rate of precipitation
